A nice walk that took longer than we thought! We parked in Booth’s and started and ended there. In the town itself we walked straight through rather than skirting around the top left side but did the rest as shown. My only tip would be to look at the option of doing the walk in the afternoon when the tide is in - we did it in the morning and the tide was out. Still very scenic though.
