Easy loop through the pine forest. Dappled shade most of the way, and easy underfoot. Nowhere is it steep. My wife found it easy just 4 months after a total knee replacement operation! The turning off the broad track about half way around, if hiking it clockwise, is NOT well marked, and I strongly recommend using the downloaded maps to navigate this section. We were too busy yacking to notice it and overshot. Trust the App! Plentiful easy parking at the start and finish. There are many tracks in this area, not all of which are shown on the map, so use the map!
