From Refugio Charles to Caleta Bevan and back
Nice trek to the ocean (Bahia Windhound) and along the shore to an old abandoned farmhouse (Caleta Bevan) through nearly untouched landscape.
Pasing the beautiful Windhound Lake you can go south and try to cross the river, who is draining the Windhound Lake. But pay special attencion, this river is deep, powerful and cold. Alternatively you can go alongside the east shore of the river on the peat meadows and wood parts. It is notably much simple und safer.
On the coast of Windhound Bay you will find some camping spots on the west side. On the east shore site are lots of whale bones and perhaps a stinking whale cadaver. Around the abandoned farmhouse at Caleta Bevan you probably will see some horses and cows, now living wild there.

Ref. Charles -> end of Lake Windhound 3-4h along the shore (1h40 by packraft)
end of Lago Windhound -> 1st river crossing 0.5h
1st river crossing -> shore Windhound Bay 1h
shore Windhound Bay -> Caleta Bevan 4-5h (with 2 more river crossing)
Caleta Bevan -> beginning Lago Windhound along the river ~6h
beginning Lago Windhound -> Ref. Charles 3-4h
