This is a nice trail for beginners. The first part of the trail is going upwards but the rest of the trail is quite easy with small ups and downs. Part of the train goes through the forest, which is nice. In some point also the trail is passing by a picnic area, which has tables and barbecue facilities. I haven't found any water so take at least 2 lt/person. I did the trail in early September. Started at 13:00 and finished at 16:15. The sun was quite strong so be sure to have hat, sunglasses, water and maybe sunscreen.
The trail provides good views to Tivoli and the valley. One thing was a bit frustrating was the bulls and cows I met. They seemed were quite curious and afraid of humans. I had to make some detours to avoid them.
Regarding the signs, there lots of them but be sure to have a map with you or a wikiloc gps cause in the junctions it can get confusing.

Super walk for us, the 3.5 year old could walk most of it and it was a very enjoyable loop. We also made a detour around the bulls. We recorded 6.20 miles as opposed to the 5.36. We saw three motorbikes which was surprising to us for a park?
