P18.01 - Da Orria a Stio

Il percorso, di tipo escursionistico, è un tratto compreso nei “Sentieri della Croce”. Il punto di partenza si trova nei pressi del belvedere di Orria. Si comincia attraversando un bosco di latifoglie, prima di lecci e poi di splendidi castagni che sovrastano la frazione di Piano Vetrale per poi arrivare sulla Strada Statale 56a in Località S. Antonio, anche detta localmente “Malevento”. A questo punto si imbocca il sentiero che si inerpica verso il Monte Corna e termina a Stio presso la località Fiera.
Percorso facile da seguire, individuare e ben segnalato.

The hiking trail is a section included in the "Paths of the Cross." The starting point is located near the viewpoint of Orria. It begins by crossing a deciduous forest, first of holm oaks and then of beautiful chestnut trees overlooking the hamlet of Piano Vetrale and then arriving on State Road 56a in Località S. Antonio, also known locally as "Malevento." At this point, take the path that climbs towards Monte Corna and ends in Stio at the Fiera locality.
Easy trail to follow, locate and well-marked.
