park in the Mapleton Falls day us car park on Delicia Rd. Nice peaceful walk with a pretty waterfall halfway for a rest stop. Very muddy just after a few days rain and a few mosquitoes about. When you get to the start of the actual circuit (about 1.5k from car park) if you choose to go right as I did, then the last 5 k after the waterfall is nearly all up hill. Highly recommend taking a picnic and stopping for a while at the waterfall

Enjoyable walk through some beautifultall trees. Halfway point is the falls where we stopped for a cuppa and snack . We did the track anticlockwise from the branch off (right) Think it is probably easier going back to day use area this way.
Enjoyed the track.
