Its a nice interesting loop between chouf and jezzine areas. Midway, located the very impressive famous archeological site, shkeef fortress of niha, which is graved in the rock. It is where Emir Fakhreddine hid from Ottomans and later got killed by them. It is really a must visit site. The trail is splendid moderate level, big part of it is on the top of Niha mount.
It is advisable for all hikers.
