This Trail is Moderate suitable for fit beginner hikers , in some points along the trail you will need to jump or to depend on your arm Joints and Muscles to get From up to Down ,which should be Considered in case there is any medical issues , other than that nothing to worry about
P.S: While Recording the trail we had Rest at the Hidden Canyon in which i was going back and forth in the same area which affected the route as i did not pause the App , So please keep this in mind and dont get Confused
