What a magnificent trail! Very rich of beautiful sceneries. Its terrain little tough but has become a popular hiking destination, known for its stark beauty. The views from the top of the mountain are breathtaking; watch the attached pictures. Don’t miss watching the paragliders while taking off, very interesting. Best to walk during March thru May, spring season. Very much advisable for all hikers.

Enjoyable and relatively easy trail with several religious sites to visit. Towards the end of the trail, from Sahel Alma back up to Harissa, we opted to go against the stream flow. A very difficult and wet section that was not part of the trail but was the most enjoyable part of it. This last off trail section is only recommended for professionals, slippery and steep climb with ropes for assistance in some sections.
