A pleasant woodland walk, ideal for a windy winter's day. The Waveney Ramblers led this walk. In winter the woods are sheltered and there is plenty of scope to shorten or lengthen the walk depending on the weather. The terrain is sandy and well drained so there is a fair chance of keeping dry feet. The beach cafe is closed in winter so the Star nearby is a good alternative for refreshments.
