Looking at times, it was a glorious day and we had plenty of long stops it enjoy the scenery. Easy start to this walk. You can start closer to the climbs but it was nice to warm the legs up. Not the longest of walks but some steep climbs and descents make it fairly tough. Climbing to base brown has some flatter relief before the great gable ascent. Steep down from the summit. Near the end we chose to take the footpath on the left of the stream to get a better view of the waterfall, this footpath is not for the faint hearted, steep with some drops on the side. The bridle path on the right would be an easier option.
