I wanted to run there for 3 hours or so, but it was really really hot and I had not enough water. I did it the 31 of July, from 7am to 9am (I was ready earlier, but the park opens at 7am...) and it was one of the warmest run I ever did. Bring plenty of water, otherwise it could be dangerous. No water refill possibilities amon the way and almost no shade. Apart from that, it's very beautiful and that's technical enough for a good training session.
