Mandø tour is the first stage of the Wadden Sea Tour, with a total of 4 long social jogs in the Wadden Sea National Park wonderful and unique nature.

Access to the island depending on the tide and the island distance from the continent is approximately 3.5 km. (runs directly on the seabed). About 6 km of the route will also be flooded at high tide.

We can run in regular running shoes, though be prepared for wet feet.

Almost all the route is flat and easy to cover, most of the trail uses dirt roads around 3km of the route is on a softer ground (sand with a good compression).
